[Bug]: Label color update is delayed and may temporarily duplicate the label

Issue description

When a label is applied to a file for the first time, it is usually displayed in a black/grey color instead of its configured color.

If the label color is then changed, the update is not always applied correctly. In some cases, the label appears twice: one instance remains grey while the other uses the selected color.

After a few minutes, the duplicate label disappears automatically, leaving only a single label with the correct color.

Observed behavior

• First application of a label is often monochrome.
• Changing the label color is not always reflected immediately.
• The label may temporarily appear twice.
• After a short delay (a few minutes), the duplicate disappears and the remaining label has the correct color.

Expected behavior

• The label should be displayed with the correct color immediately after being applied.
• Changing the label color should update the existing label without creating a duplicate.
