Problem
On the data quality graph, the hover tooltip box appears directly over the data point itself, making it difficult to see both the tooltip information and the underlying data point simultaneously.
Expected Behavior
The hover tooltip should be positioned offset from the data point (typically above or to the side) so users can view the tooltip information while still seeing the data point they're hovering over.
Actual Behavior
The tooltip renders directly on top of the data point, obscuring it.
