Adds HydraGit, an IntelliJ-style git panel for VS Code (branch tree, commit graph, history, inline diff), placed alphabetically after the Git* entries. Entry uses the marketplace link, a one-line description, and a demo GIF per the contributing guidelines. TOC updated to match.
