Name of the extension you are adding
TodoPad
Why do you think this extension is awesome?
I kept losing track of the small stuff. Not Jira-level work, just things I wanted to get to eventually, a feature idea, a bug I noticed, something to try later. I'd message myself on Teams and forget about it. So I built a todo list that sits in the VS Code sidebar where I actually work.
The part that makes it different: you can set reminders, and if you ignore the notification it comes back and keeps nudging you until you deal with it. That's the thing I actually needed.
It also scans your code for TODO/FIXME comments, and can pull in your Jira tickets and GitLab/GitHub PRs if you want.
